Mr. Gran is a Graphics Industry veteran with more than 25 years involvement in all facets of the Graphics marketplace. In 1992 Blair founded the dominant brand of instant sign shops in Canadian markets and in 2003 launched Speedpro Imaging in Dallas, TX. As a speaker and writer on Industry issues, with articles appearing in numerous national publications, Blair continues to position Speedpro as the clear leader, revolutionizing imaging and branding, through the use of powerful image applications. He is a regular speaker on Business Image Development for Chambers of Commerce and private firms. Mr. Gran is a true visionary, specializing in creating strong strategies that will emotionally impact tomorrow’s buying public.

Mr. Phelps is responsible for Franchise Development, working with all new prospective owners, guiding them through their initial investigation phase. He is also heavily involved as a tactical business partner to all franchisees, providing guidance, marketing leadership and management. Steve’s high-level relational sales background of more than 20 years, ensures continued franchise growth at both the Corporate and Studio level. He has been involved with Speedpro Imaging since inception in 2003.

Matt Gemmill is a Professional Digital Imaging Specialist with 17 years of sign industry experience. In 1992 Matt started his own Sign Company located in Southern California primarily manufacturing digital imaging for Advertising Agencies, Vehicle Wraps, Sign Shops and the Watercraft Industry. Matt worked with Speedpro in 2001-2003 and then moved to Roland DG (Speedpro’s main Technology Vendor), holding several positions with Roland from 2003-2008. In January 2009, Matt came back to Speedpro, bringing more than 5 years of in-depth technical experience from Roland. Matt is currently in charge of Franchise Support for Speedpro Imaging.

Tracey brings 17 years of administrative and purchasing experience to Speedpro. Past experience includes: Administrative Assistant to Government Cabinet Minister – Governmental Services. Since 1992 Tracey has been active in crucial roles with Speedpro Systems (Canadian Division), managing franchise development and from inception with Speedpro USA, Inc. Tracey manages the entire Franchise Turn-Key System, bringing all elements together for new Franchise Development.

Christy joined the Speedpro family to coordinate Franchise events, Conventions, Workshops and travel. She brings her experience with HR, finances and event planning to our team. She manages the revisions of all Operations Manuals, Marketing References and other Intellectual Property.

Julio has over 35 years in the imaging industry including 10 years in customer development. Julio has owned and operated 4 start-up businesses in the past, and has extensive franchising experience having been responsible for 79 franchisees thought the western USA.He brings solid business management, production, and sales experiences. Julio understands the importance of marketing effectively and the impact those activities have on the success of our franchisees.

Shawn brings a wealth of experience to his position here at the Scottsdale Corporate Office. He has worked as a Roland Service tech for several years on all devices. He recently became Roland Certified on the newest devices. During his tenure at Roland Headquarters, he worked in numerous departments, mainly their Customer Services Department handling the responsibilities of the entire Western Regional Territory, containing over 20 Roland Dealers. Shawn handles the technical support division here at Speedpro and all customer service matters. He is also color literate, meaning he currently writes profiles for the devices used in the Speedpro Studios nationwide and will be involved in the training of newly opened Studios.

Kim comes to Speedpro with a vast amount of sales and marketing experience. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Fine Art which gives her an eye for creativity and knowledge of the use of emotional imagery. Because of her diversified background Kim will bring great customer service skills and support to the Speedpro Team.

Josh brings 12 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. His wide range of experience and expertise include network support, implementation and design, quality assurance, project management, and customer service . Over the last 12 years he has had the opportunity hold positions as Project Manager for a quality assurance testing company that worked with HP, Microsoft and Intel. He has also ran his own IT support and consulting business working with a variety of small to medium sized clients. It is his passion for cutting edge technology and customer service that drives him that make him an exciting addition to the SpeedPro team.

Bill received an Associate’s Degree in the field of Graphic Design from Westwood University in Illinois, where he graduated with honors in the top five of his class. He also brings 3 and a half years experience in the sign/large format print industry. He worked for Fastsigns, where he handled everything from customer service and invoicing, to production and installations.

Deb brings 25years of accounting experience to the Speedpro team. She has a diverse accounting background, ranging from division and accounts manager for a major construction company to accounts and office manager for a law firm in California. Deb enjoys her spare time with her husband boating and camping.

Steve received a BSEE from the Univ. of Notre Dame as well as a MBA from Univ. of Texas. He brings 17 years of experience from Motorola, holding positions of Director of Marketing and Director of Operations. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family.

Scott graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in business administration, and also holds an MBA from Rutgers University. He was involved in the start-up of a wireless company, Corporate Telecom. Scott built it into a successful operation and ran the business for 17 years before selling in 2005. It is with this experience in building a business and a brand that Scott has brought to Speedpro Imaging. Scott enjoys travel and his involvement in Rotary.

Dave received his B.S. from Oregon State University. Dave worked for Campbell Soup Co. where he served as Director of the National Customer Team. Prior to that he was President of California Day Fresh Food, a division of Chiquita as well as General Mgr. of Chiquita Fresh Cut, Ohio. Dave enjoys spending time with his family as well as a good game of golf.

Gina comes to Speedpro with experience in lead and manager roles in the medical field, including department manager of a multi-site hospital facility. She received her degree in respiratory therapy from Ohlone College in Fremont California. Gina enjoys spending time with her family.

Tom is a graduate of SMU where he received his BS Degree. He previously worked for YUM Brands (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut) as the Director of Information and Technology. Prior to that he was the Division Mgr. for E.D.S. Tom enjoys camping and reading.

As a graduate of the Control Data Institute, Rich brings 8 years experience as the President and CEO of Enventis Telecom, Inc. Prior to that he worked for Workstations International as well as Comdisco, Inc.

Ward brings to Speedpro over 10 years of experience as an Investment Banker with Morgan Keegan & Co, as well as his private equity experience with a focus on multi-unit franchise and master development. Ward graduated from University of No. Carolina where he received his B.A. When not at work, he enjoys his family and fishing.

Bruce, a graduate of Branch College NYC brings 13 years experience as Regional Manager in the Staffing Industry. Bruce a huge USC fan, enjoys his family and sky diving.

Bruce brings 16 years of experience with Precision Industries, where he held the position of Regional Vice President. A graduate of North Western College with a BA degree, he enjoys golf and water skiing.

Pat graduated from the University of Arkansas, where he received his BA of Finance. Previously Pat worked as Vice President of Caremark. In his spare time he enjoys helping out with Youth Sports as well as Golf.

Mark attended the University of Maryland, where he received his BS. His experience includes being partner of J & M Gemini and Vice President/Global Tech Manager of Novar, England.

Prior to opening Speedpro Imaging’s first location in Wisconsin, Sean spent the last 19 years with Research Products corporation in various sales & marketing positions. After graduating from MATC in Madison, WI Sean started with Research Products as an outside sales person in Memphis, TN. He then held a number of Product Management positions focusing on new product development, advertising, promotions & overall brand development. The last 8 years he was the National Sales Manager for Research Products, responsible for over 50 direct sales people & regional managers throughout North America.

Steve graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a BA in business administration. Steve’s high-level relational sales background of more than 20+ years, ensures continued franchise growth at both the Corporate and Studio level. He has been involved with Speedpro Imaging since inception in 2003. Steve is enjoys spending time with his family.

John joined Speedpro after nearly 30 years in the Semiconductor and Electronics industries. After graduating with a BSEE degree from Georgia Tech he worked in design and application engineering roles with companies including Texas Instruments and Intergraph before his most recent position as Director of Business Development for Toshiba's custom System on Chip and Foundry business unit.

A graduate of West Point and Northwestern University, John served as an Army officer before starting a 20-year marketing career at Kraft Foods, the Miller Brewing Company, and, most recently, as Vice President of Marketing at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.

Originally from the UK, Ron started his business career as a certified accountant before switching into Information Technology with IBM. Later he held the positions of Regional IT and Operations Director in Europe and North America with Cabot Corporation, DHL Worldwide Express, and Cardinal Health. In 2002, Ron and his family founded a full-service graphics and sign company in Tampa. In 2008 they aligned this business with Speedpro and are now developing and supporting the network throughout Florida. Ron’s wife, Georgina; daughter, Sara; and son, Brad, are all actively involved in management and operations.

Annette brings over 20 years of experience in strategic program and project management to her roll at Speedpro Imaging. A early Sun Microsystems employee, her responsibilities over the years included overseeing customer briefing programs, sales support programs and corporate events. She holds a MA in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. Paul’s diverse career includes film, video and live event production; corporate marketing and business development roles at Sun Microsystems and Sony; and Executive Director for the Mobile DTV Alliance and SD Card Association. He attended UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Business and received his BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Paul and Annette enjoy cooking, travel and tennis.

Michael's professional experience includes over twenty years of diverse national and international experience with proven success in corporate sponsorships, sales management, radio, broadcast & cable television advertising sales. His career experience has included management and sales positions at ZGS Communications/Telemundo New England, Petry Media Corp.NY, Cablevision NY, Katz Communications in London/Chicago, and Tribune/WGN Television in Chicago. In 2009, as a consultant for Progreso Latino, he was the Project Manager of Progreso’s Youth Homeland Security Initiative. He identified funding prospects, convened a planning team and assigned tasks to the Central Falls Police & Fire Chiefs, the President of Progreso and the President of the Rhode Island Red Cross. The program was designed to offer at-risk youth the opportunity to receive certificate training in life saving techniques, emergency preparedness and disaster relief.

Prior to Speedpro, Jim enjoyed 30 years in the metals distribution industry working for Ryerson Inc. During this time, his experiences ranged from having operational responsibilities for business units in the U.S. and Mexico to leading national sales as well as corporate procurement. He is a native of Massachusetts, but his career has led him to call Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and Chicago home. He has a bachelor of arts from Brown University and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He and his wife Johanna live in the Chicago suburbs with their two teenage sons.

Paul brings to Speedpro Imaging over twenty five years of management and technology experience with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies; where he held a variety of senior program and project management, product management and business development roles. He received his BSEE/MSEE from Gonzaga University and holds his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In his spare time, Paul is a youth soccer coach and USSF licensed referee.”

Rich has 25 years of management experience with The Bank of New York Mellon and Mellon Bank; where he held a variety of senior management roles, including CEO of Mellon Leasing, Executive Vice President and Head of Credit Underwriting, Global Institutional Banking, International Banking, Corporate Banking, Loan Products and Portfolio Management. He received his BS from Brigham Young University and MBA from New York University. In his spare time, Rich enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Scott comes as an Automotive Senior Account Manager previously working for companies such as Magna and Lear Corporation. He has managed some of the largest supplier accounts in the industry with sales in excess of $2.3 Billion. Kimberly’s prior career was as a mortgage professional. She was an Account Executive for companies such as Washington Mutual, Chevy Chase Bank, and Taylor Bean and Whitaker. She was instrumental in opening the Michigan market to these companies and funded in excess of $1 Billion of mortgages in her career.
They have three children and in their free time enjoy watching and supporting their kid’s activities.
